More Stolen Pictures

So I took these straight off Liz's website. Yes, I am a thief. What can I say, she's good.

Exploring

Here are their findings... not the coffee:)
Annalee is showing off her pink ring, not saluting.
Farm life can be dirty work
The girls went off exploring this morning. We have a 7 acre meadow, but then there are a bunch of acres that are, lets say "unkempt." So they went off to check them out. Princess buckets in hand and boots on their feet, they were off and running. I found them later on top of a mud pile in ballerina outfits, and then again on the trampoline in bikinis. Hey, at least I try to start the day in normal clothing.

Breakfast at our House

Daddy showing Avery a bird nest.
Shane's personal training clients cancelled for the morning, so he was able to stay long enough to join us for breakfast. Good thing he did because these princesses would have had no prince to eat with. Please notice Annalee's fantastic hairstyling skills on Shelby's side ponytail.

No Smiles

I stole this picture off my sister's blog. Shelby had a fever and was pouting all day while the other kids played and had all kinds of Easter fun. Poor girl, but I sure do love this face. The funny thing is, Liz was totally asking her to smile for the camera. Shelby wouldn't even look at here, let alone crack a smile....

Rainy Days, Waiting and Pizza...

Shelby and Avery hiding in the fort
Avery, too sick to play
Annalee working diligently...
Shelby, ummm... not so much.
We have been in the house for a long time. I have been busy, busy, busy and very distracted until...today. It all came to a screeching halt and here we sit. The kids were all a little sick, cranky and bored. Well, very bored. Frankly, so was I. The rain keeps coming and I refuse to allow anymore movies so we tried to take naps, not happening. Then we tried to cuddle, nope. Then I tried to send them "away" to the playroom, definitely not. But, alas! A fort!! Well, why didn't I think of that? Then my wonderful mother called and offered to bring over pizza and come entertain us all for a while. Turned out to be a pretty good day. Enjoy the pics and thanks to my little sister, Liz for the great camera!!!!

'Cause you asked

So it is totally against my nature to share something like our new house before I have "finished" it, but since everyone has been asking... I will give you a before shot of the outside. Of course, I have been working diligently to clean up the outside and put personal touches everywhere, so new pics coming soon... I promise.
